ReplyDeleteSo you came home to find dinner waiting for you and an empty bottle of wine...are you sure the wine was leftover from dinner made for you, or was the wine and dinner leftover from dinner made for the guy who was over while you were at work?

Easiest receipe:
ReplyDelete500grams of ricotta cheese
1 egg
flour
with a fork, mash the ricotta, add the egg, when well blended add the flour, to the right consistency for rolling out the dough. Don't forget the fork print, the little finger imprint is what keeps the sauce on the gnoochi!!
